I’ve lived and worked in the Treasure Valley my whole life. From Hidden Springs to Cartwright Ranch to those quiet pockets just off the beaten path—I know this place. I’ve built here. I’ve raised a family here. I’ve helped clients close meaningful chapters and open new ones here.

I’m not just a Realtor®. I’m a builder at heart. I’ve spent decades in the trades—from constructing passive solar homes and installing every type of door, window, and skylight, to running my own large-scale manufacturing facility. That background gives me a deep, practical eye when walking into any home—one that helps my clients avoid problems, understand value, and make confident choices.

But more than that? I care. Deeply.

This career, this business, this brand — it’s personal. I’ve seen the stress that comes with life transitions: divorce, downsizing, buying your first home. And I’ve made it my mission to make the process feel safe, smart, and even a little fun again.
